The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great advice and tips on what to see/when on my first trip to Nepal. Tulsi was also extremely helpful organising my trip to Kathmandu Valley (Nagarkot) from the hotel, ensuring I had a safe and enjoyable trip to Nepal! The location of the hotel is also brilliant, situated in a quiet and clean area where there is less car traffic, but also a 5 min walk from Thamel's bustling streets. The breakfast buffet in the morning had great options, ranging from Indian style, Nepali style and also American style breakfast options - the options were tasty and a great start to the day!

The team has as a family vibe that makes this place warm and happy. Service is excellent. The location is in the quiet area of Thamel and just less than 10mins from any happening place in the district. For those that want a yoga or activity place, you can check out the roof ;) Breakfast is everyday changed and has local and global choices which makes it easy for fussy ones and also open to family with kids. Dont forget to ask for the airport transfert. Last.points...showers are really warm and never fail as well as the room heating which makes it enjoyable after a day of visiting. Which can be closed with a good massage at the SPA whithin the hotel.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. I stayed there for five days after trekking to Everest. I specifically chose it because it was close to Boudhanath. This was my third hotel in Kathmandu, and I was satisfied. The room was clean, odorless, and insect-free. The hotel administrator helped with any problems, calling a taxi, and other questions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with mostly older guests. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel restaurant, while expensive, was very good.

I had a great time in this hotel. Clean, hot shower (glass door shower!), great light in a room. I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked it again in the end of my trip to Nepal! Hotel personnel is SUPER FRIENDLY. They helped me with my needs, booked taxi! I also enjoyed the breakfast which was included - it was filling and tasty! I strongly recommend this place!
