We really enjoyed our stay here, we felt super welcomed, specially by Thapa, who was very attentive and nice. All the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The rooms are exactly as they appear in the pictures, clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great and varied, and the internet worked very well for meetings and remote working. The staff took appropriate actions regarding my requests, even through e-mail and phone call. It rewards to price we paid. The facility and ambient atmosphere is great as high-end class hotel in KTM, especially I like the good scent entire hotel.

My wife and I stayed at The Museum on the first two days of our ten-day trip to Nepal. This was our first time in Kathmandu, and staying at this place was just the great start we needed before heading towards Pokhara. The property is around 3km from Thamel, near the Office of the President of Nepal, in a quiet area. A bus service can take you to Thamel, but we preferred walking. The hotel is part of a compound with the restaurants Le Sherpa and Yakitori Hokkaido, a cafe, and other shops (wasn't interested as food is my strength!). There is also a Sikkimise restaurant outside the compound. We were happy with our room and the service the hotel provided us. In addition to that, we asked for help to book a bus ticket for Pokhara. Mr. Saroj was more than helpful and got us the ticket. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and very stylish. Great location, close to everything and very quiet. Good shower and the best bed ever! Everybody that works here is extremely friendly and helpful to a level that I have never experienced before. Everything is possible with their help. We are very grateful and there is no doubt we ll be back on our next trip.
