The minute we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed by the pretty staff with a free upgrade to the Grand 2-room Suite Apartment. The staff went all miles to make sure we were fine in handling the kitchenery wares and washers. Our 24th storey apartment has a very clear view of the Auckland Skytower and the sea port...stunning! The location is so perfect to have everything around for food, shopping, casino, Intercity bus terminal, supermarkets. All are within stone-throw distance. We had an afternoon flight on the day of checking out. The lovely staff granted us a free late check-out as it's available. Thank you so much Adina for giving us the most wonderful 4N stay! It exceeded our expectations. We shall return to Auckland in short future and it has to be Adina Citylife.

Stayed in a superior room this time, which has more room. The beds are still the most comfortable we’ve found. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Deb and Don are fantastic hosts – warm, welcoming, and attentive. The house is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a great guest experience. The surrounding scenery is stunning, just as pictured. We would highly recommend Ōkura River Estate to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway that still feels like home.

The rooms were like apartments. So clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and you could get food and drinks throughout the day (only limited selection) breakfast was nice but again small selection. The room was very quiet and the WiFi works great.

A fuss-free stay on the city fringe, just minutes from motorway links, Greenlane Hospital, Newmarket, Ellerslie Convention Centre, and ASB Showgrounds.

Spacious, modern, and very clean apartment on top floor. Loved the welcoming and facilitative nature of office staff. The kitchen staff were extra attentive to us whilst having breakfast as I had 4 kids with me. The apartment was also very close to Spark Arena, where our event was at. Overall, we had a very awesome experience. Can't wait to come back next year!
