We decided for a spoil and had a suite with amazing views. Clean and tidy and spacious. Located close to shops, restaurants and ferry meant we didn't need to drive for a few days. Parking space was a bit tight but otherwise well worth the splurge.

Great location, opposite the swimming beach. 10 min walk to wharf for boat trips and to shopping. The welcome was warm and the room was all you need, with comfy beds.

Fast Friendly Communication. Ruth was kind friendly and helpful from outset. Immaculately Clean Rooms. Sufficient & Practical Furniture/Furnishings. Well Equipped Kitchen. Further Updating/Renovations to be carried out in near future , including aircon units. Fantastic Views and Perfect Location..(Flat)Walk to Ferry Terminal, Cafes, Supermarket and Shops. 10-15min walk to Waitangi. Noise(vehicles and people) is to be expected, considering you are road and waterfront on Paihia's main thoroughfare. Great First experience staying at a Motel in Paihia. Usual stay is at one of the chain hotels or apartment accommodation. Highly Recommend Bayview Motel.

Excellent place of choice and ideal for couples , friends and families. Right from check in to check a very friendly service, had a very informative conversation about the local community and activities available. Will visit again for sure! Nga mihi! :) Mā te wā!

Nice and clean. Swimming pool was warm in November. Right across the road from the beach. Big spacious bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Cruise to the hole in the rock and the stop at Urupukapuka Island on the way back was a highlight of the trip.

Excellent all around loved everything

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Rooms pretty good. The location is just excellent having a good overview with of the bay. The tennis court was pretty good.
