As we drove in the driveway we were warmly greeted by Chloe who showed us our room and explained the facilities including the mineral water pools which are open until late at night. The following day we were wondering where to go and the other young lady explained everything and showed us our options on a wall map. Excellent service!

It was very nice n clean in the apartments. Very warm as it catches the afternoon sun and don't need to have the heat pump on as it traps in the heat. Very spacious

Unusual resort made of mostly detached houses. Our room was a full house with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Big windows on the lake. Comfortable also in winter. It would probably have been even better with sunshine.

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens.
