This was one of our best stays on the north island of NZ. The check in process was perfect with the key being left in a lock box beside the door. The unit was clean, very comfortable and spacious. We could have stayed longer.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in to date. Really spacious and modern throughout with high quality rooms. Two particular highlights: 1.) the outstanding breakfast including fruit, meats, cheese, toast, cooked eggs & bacon and some incredible banana bread. 2.) The hosts - both extremely friendly & personable and a pleasure to talk to. No down sides at all, thoroughly recommend!

Very spacious, lovely extras like the complimentary snacks, bathroom extras, powerful shower, clean and we had a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel. Would request extra coffee, milk and sugar for a second cup of coffee.

The Tauranga on the Waterfront is situated in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes' walk from the town's shops, restaurants and bars. Some accommodation offers uninterrupted water views.

Lovely room, very clean, good facilities. The laundry room was an added bonus, just $2 per load use the honest box in the laundry. It was warm and sunny outside so I was able to dry my washing outside on the line provided at the back of the building. A dryer was available for a further $2. I made use of the swimming pool, it was a little cold, but it was a sunny day and afterwards a dip in the hot tub was wonderful. Situated close to nearby shops and the city was about a 15 minute drive as long as you don’t get stuck in traffic, which built up at obvious times around 2:3pm when children are beginning to come home from school and again at 4:30ish pm when people were driving home from work. Lovely staff on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the key fob that is inserted to get the electricity supply was broken and the lady in charge, sorry I didn’t get her name, went out of her way and beyond her working day to sort a temporary fix out. She apologised profusely for the temporary fix, to us it was not an issue at all. She then booked the election to come out the following day to fit a new device. This lovely lady then came to check that everything had been done properly. What a star, thank you so much.
