There was a problem with the elevator going to the main lobby and the staff made sure that I was able to reach the main lobby with no issues. The staff only found solutions to problems.

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was very good - spacious, huge and very comfortable bed. The secure parking was free, the breakfast was very good and we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was also very good.
