I had a clean and spacious room, and a balcony. Also a comfortable bed and pillows. There was plenty of available space in the drawers.
The bathroom is a little confining, specially the shower, but really clean.
No elevators.
The maids were warm and friendly.
I enjoyed pretty much, a good value for your money.
You have to visit the roof: beautiful of part of the City. Very relaxing and available the 24 hours.

The location is perfect for exploring Old San Juan, and the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, and had a great view of the harbor. The afternoon wine and cheese event is lovely, and spending time by the pool in the late afternoon was very relaxing.
