It has a parking garage and is walking distance from the old centre. Rooms were very comfortable, bigger than expected and with a small patio. bathroom was big with a tub. Although the hotel is “vintage”, it was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful.

To start, Hotel do Lago is closed during the time we booked, we were not supposed to get a room there. Unaware to us, the 4 hotels in the area are from the same company, so we were transferred to Hotel do Parque, which is right next to Bom Jesus. The staff was very kind and helpful in solving the wrong booking issue and find our room, even more, as an apology, they gave gave us a nice bottle of wine. They were very helpful with information and tips, including providing free toothbrushes/toothpaste. The room we got was superb, with a nice view of Bom Jesus and excellent facilities. The breakfast is the best, buffet style with hot items and plenty of nice things to eat/drink
