The location is excellent, in the heart of the Old Town and right across from the University of Coimbra. We were lucky and found one of the hotel's available parking spaces. We are a family of 4 and our stay was very comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We will be back for sure.

Although we didn't make a reservation, they arranged for us to have dinner on the day, and we were able to enjoy a very stylish and delicious meal.

Lovely space, we were only there for 1 night but I wish we could stay longer. We were also lucky and got a free parking spot right outside the front of the hotel (but don't rely on this always being available, there are limited spots).

The room was bright and cheerful, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Having a separate seating area was an asset. Much quieter than we expected, given the location. Good to have restaurants, cafes etc right on the doorstep, but without disturbance. Easy walk over the bridge to the historic city centre.
