The level of cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. The staff in all departments could not be more friendly and professional. The whole hotel really caters for true relaxation and comfort from the comfy beds to the huge heated indoor pool to the roof top hot tub overlooking the port, the perfect location to watch the cruise liners come in and out and watch the sun go down. This was also topped off with the most incredible spa treatment

Sometimes we treat ourselves to a stay at a 5 star hotel with a SPA. The SPA offers at The Cliff Bay hotel are some of the best we have tried. We loved the AVISTA ASIA restaurant.

I wish to give them 100 not 10 ,we have met with love specially my baby ,early checkin ,perfect breakfast ,provided soft drink and water to the room , clean room with prett view and the people in reception are the heroes they saved our vacation and borrowed us a baby stroller until we receive ours and provide us with early breakfast in the room as we have early plan even our trip guide (not booked through the hotel) told us you choosed a lovely hotel, thank you dear

Staff was very friendly and helpful.breakfast was amazing lots of choices and the breakfast terrase with sunrise view is charming.the swimming pool facing two sides mountain and the river is breathtaking.you will have free admision to CR7 museum.

Amazing see view from our balcony. The outside pool area has direct connection with a sea beach. Breakfast is served at the seaside restaurant that is available for dinner too. Comfy bed, large bathroom, separate towels for pool.
