This is my first straight 10 rating, but, really, there was nothing to not love. The location is amazing, the hotel itself was tasteful, intimate and extremely discreet with fabulous art work peppered all over the ground floor. The staff was impeccably polite and helpful, the breakfast was better than most chain hotels and the one meal we had here was comparable to any good restaurant. The room was again way better than chain hotels and while I have been in better room, they were not in this price range. Absolutely confirmed for future visits to Belgrade

Clean and comfortable room. There was everything needed (like kettle, hair dryer or glasses). Very nice pillows. I wish I had such pillows in every hotel I stay in. The hotel has organised us also a quick and reliable transfer to the airport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the room we stayed in, they moved us to another room the next day. Hotel staff provided transfer to and from the hotel. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the location is wonderful. I will stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel was the service/staff. The staff was very kind, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was great, the lobby was cosy. The hotel is very well located and there are some of Belgrade's landmarks close-by. We had booked the executive room and firstly ended up with the one with the bathtub however the staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to the one with the shower which was much better in our opinion and also more spacious.

Huge rooms, clean, comfortable, professional staff. I often stay here in my work travels. Hotel is in the old centre, with nice small restaurant.
