Samira, in particular, was very kind and when we complained to her about the view, she instantly offered us a room upgrade to a better room with a better view. Our stay there was very pleasant one, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, friendly staff and the entire hotel was super clean. the breakfast was amazing and a lot of variety. The staff in the restaurant looked after us.

Room was excellent and so was the breakfast. Location was reasonable with frequent shuttle services. Disabled pilgrims, however will have challenges in travelling from shuttle stops to the Haram gates.
