There was a group of about 23 of us, some of us had not seen each-other for over 4years, unfortunately some of us got split up for the first few nights as our rooms had not finished renovations in time however the resort but us up in its sister resort and as a apology offered a upgrade at the sister resort with resort credit and free transfer. Staff were so lovely and kind, especially the two that carried bags at reception, so smiley and lovely. Loved the location and slides along with facilities.

We loved staying at Access resort in Karon. Having pool access in the heat was a real luxury. We even swam at night to cool ourselves down. The main pools close at 8, however you have free access to your own pool which was lovely and quiet, and lit up until around 10pm. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Parts of the hotel appeared a little dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the swim up bar and could order food here which we enjoyed eating while sat in the pool.

Amazing resort. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Karon Phuket again. Staff were lovely, resort was lovely, food was lovely and pools were awesome. They upgraded us for free to a beautiful room with stunning views.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, several beautiful pools all with their own bars. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Free shuttle bus service to the beach, rooms were beautiful and quiet. Food is amazing

Fantastic selection of restaurants, and the quality and freshness of food was superb. the staff were just so lovely, professional and polite. The pool area was so relaxing, easily hours spent there doing nothing! I wouldn't want to book anywhere else if I come to Phuket again

All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, very reasonably priced and beautifully presented.
Loved the tranquillity of the hotel, but also close to resort centre and beach.
We were upgraded free of charge on arrival from double room to studio, a lovely surprise.

We had a great stay here. It’s a quiet, relaxing resort but within a 10 minute walk down into the busier Karon town. Each pool was different and not crowded which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly. It was my boyfriends birthday during our stay and they delivered a birthday cake to our room which was a lovely touch!
