The staff were always smiling, very nice and kind. Massages at the spa were divine! You can hear the sea during it and it's the best experience. Sunsets are beyond beautiful. Lym's restaurant is a separate establishment, but works very well in symbiosis. Their food is amazing and we loved the prices too! Coconut just 60 baht, and same for the beer during happy hour. Escape cafe was also wonderful with their craft coffees. We wish Long Beach Chalet a long and prosperous business and we hope to come back one day.

Exceptional stay! The attention to detail and service offered were flawless. From the comfortable shuttle service to and from Krabi Airport (less than two hours door to door), flowers on arrival and other personal touches like fruit on a stick given out by the pool, the Layana team really knows how to do hospitality. The two pools are great with plenty of sun loungers for all guests. One is an infinity pool which overlooks to Andaman Sea and a lovely beach. Extensive buffet breakfast and enjoyable restaurant with once again, a very attentive team looking after the guests' needs. Thank you Layana!

I loved my time at this accomodation! They go above and beyond for their guests, they picked me up from the port free of charge, gave me some of their mangos from their garden and always made sure I was happy and comfortable. I hired a scooter from them for a really good price (you really do need a scooter to explore this island, it's impossible to walk or taxi anywhere but it's a great place to learn how to ride a scooter). The room was so big and very clean, I was a little sick at the start of my stay and I couldn't think of any place better, the air con worked really well as well. Situated in the middle of the island so east to get everywhere

The breakfast was an european/thai buffet. Very convenient. The pool was very pleasant and really help to cool down with the heat. There are also few restaurants outside the hotel allowing us the change place for dinner and most importantly a 7/11 2min away.

Everything. This was our little piece of luxury in a mostly budget trip, and it was paradise. Beautiful beach and pool, room luxurious, staff all lovely. Loved it and definitely want to return.

The beachfront hotel offered exceptional comfort and a stunning ocean view, surrounded by lush gardens. Our balcony included two beach chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. The staff was remarkably friendly and we enjoyed the delightful breakfast. The General Manager personally engaged with guests during breakfast, fostering excellent relationships. We were grateful for the room upgrade during our extended stay, which enhanced our already wonderful experience at the hotel.

Everything was perfect. As soon as we got there, the staff welcomed us with a delicious tea and a lovely smile. In the last minute we decided to upgrade our room and we chose to stay in the Deluxe Vila Sea View. It was the best thing we did! Amazing location, great breakfast, people, food. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you all the staffs, it was the perfect stay!
