Lovely place, lovely staff, just a great experience. We left a baby bottle behind and they drove someone up the highway to bring it to us on our way to the airport! Lovely breakfast, wonderful people, cold pool. Couldn't ask for more on a transit stay. Brilliant.

Reliably good over at least a decade - we always go back when staying close to Suvarnhaphumi Airport.

Being away from the main central Bangkok is great especially at night awal from the busy Bangkok. The staff are all excellent and friendly. They make you feel homey and always started conversation soon you bumped into them. And always smiling and accommodating. Being Halal gives u an excellebt peace of mind.

Great place for a two day layover in BKK without plans of going into the city. It's hard to find accommodation for a family of five, but the two bedroom apartment was very spacious and worked just fine. The breakfast buffet was good, and we even got a packed breakfast box on our early departure to the airport. Grab drivers come to the resort and take you to nearby malls, etc, for reasonable rates. There's a scheduled free airport shuttle, which is great. Huge value for very little money.

We stayed in this lovely hotel already 2 years in a row, always very satisfied with it. This year though, we were extremely happy that we chose this hotel. My husband had an accident, and we contacted the reception and they were amazing- they called us a taxi, brought us to a nearby hospital and one of the reception employees called Day stayed there with us the whole time to make sure we get all the help we need. Nobody wanted any money neither for the taxi or for staying with us in the hospital. When we came back to the hotel, there was a fruit basket in our room, wishing my husband a speedy recovery. We couldnt believe how thoughtful and amazing the people in this hotel were. A BIG THANK YOU! We really appreciate all the help from Day and also from the rest of the hotel.
