Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

They are very well organized. There was always free space to stay. The food was amazing, the drinks too. I really enjoy that place.
