I don't get luxury experiences very often and was at this hotel solely because my daughter's thought it looked like a castle and love hotels. The staff was super kind and patient. My daughter's had a great time and everything we had from the kitchen was fantastic. They are extremely picky eaters. It was an experience on its own

A great place to stay! Very clean, tidy and comfortable.. All facilities were working well and brkfst was good. Staff were kind and helpful. Very informative about the area.

No problems with, check in, roomclean and comfortable, good location for shopping and restaurants . We were stranded without a car due to mechanical issues so the location was perfect for walking.
