The staff at the reception counter when we checked in were excellent. Both ladies at the reception when we checked in were very helpful.

This hotel is really top tier. All the employees, especially the ones at the reception treat you really like guests and not only like customers. The service is outstanding. The room is very probably the best I've been at a hotel. Everything is very comfortable and very clean. Definitely best bath room ever. The restaurant is very good, also the pantry is always filled with great food and beverages. This hotel really lives up to the all inclusive concept. Thank you for the great time there!
