I arrived at the hotel after a long 24 hour journey, and from the moment I stepped in, I felt held and supported. I especially want to thank Aisha from the front desk, she was incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed for my landing and first days. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of a large mall where I could get everything I needed, and there’s a lovely park nearby as well. Thanks to both the warm hospitality and the convenient surroundings, I was able to settle in smoothly, rest, and take care of everything I needed. I’m truly grateful. 🙏🏽

Close to the expressway & all industrial neighbourhoods. Well maintained & serviced. Free parking. Most importantly, some of the nicest staff I’ve come across on my trips to the US. 1. Great location very close to the airport. 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Shuttle service to the airport 4. Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude
