We had a great stay, Phu was very proactive and gave us heaps of info on things to do in the area and how to get to places. The bedroom was big and very clean, lots of natural light. Fridge, kettle, AC, fan, fresh towels every day. 5 minutes walk to the main road, easy access to everything but nice and quiet homestay. The breakfast was delicious- we got the Shakshuka every morning- it was great! Phu and his family were very friendly. You can also rent bicycle and mopeds there. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

It's such a great place seeing very few tourists nowadays. We came in off season and were the only customers. The location is good because it provides easy access to the usual attractions without being in a noisy area. We arrived at 5am and were allowed an early check-in which was many hours before the official one. Same thing also happened at checkout. The family tries hard to make sure you are getting the most of your time and will help with anything they can. The owners children speak English and if they aren't there is always the option of making a phone call.

This hotel is a gem in Tam Coc. Lovely hosts and warm family vibes, great location, quiet and comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast. Also gave us lots of great advice about what to do in Ninh Binh/Tam Coc. Couldn't recommend more.

We ended up staying here last minute when our booked hotel 'lotusfield homestay' double booked our room and left us stranded. Ninh Binh valley homestay came to our rescue, and even picked us up. The rooms were comfortable and ever so peaceful. The family that runs it are all very helpful and their kids are adorable.

It’s quiet and you can get a good rest. It’s located at a walking distance from the center, 10-15min walk. Even though I stayed only for 1 night, I was upgraded to a bigger room and when I checked out the reception offered me a small gift as a thank you

We have had a great stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and bed was comfy. The hotel’s location is great too. David and his family are very helpful and kind. They sort out trips for you and transport as well. David very kindly booked a bus for us to Sapa and took us to the pick up point. A lovely family and hotel.
