excellent value for money, and very accommodating. Due to some miscommunication within our party, the hotel upgraded one of our twin rooms to their family suite at no extra charge. Very comfortable bed, excellent pillows! Sadly their were issues with the local water supply but the hotel.prpvided plenty of bottles drinking water, and multiple 6litr bottles.for heating and washing. Would recommend and certainly stay again in the future!

food definately not great ordered a platter rib and chicken wings for R400 85 percent of the plate was chips, also the ribs were cold and the chips were hot, which makes me believe my orde3r ws standing for awhile, we waited over 1 and a half hours for service. the food was not chef standards at the cost that they were charging. We only ate there as we had just done a long journey and did not want to venture out as we were tired. otherwise the staff and rooms were lovely, location lovely

This is an ultimate experience in terms of hosting. The staff, the food, the whole environment... Wish I could live there. Teboko was exepctionally thoughtful, she helped us with everything we needed - and more. Never seen a concierge work like that before. This was our honeymoon, so even more special. 11/10!

The room was compact but comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is very close to a major shopping centre and many restaurants and cafes. The staff were excellent, very obliging and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent offering both cold and hot dishes. Good wifi.

The rooms are beautiful, big & clean. There is so much peace & tranquility about the space. The food was equally amazing. The staff is friendly but professional. It was one of the best I've experienced.I would definitely recommend it & will come back. Definitely value for money if you don't want to travel for long hours away from the city.
