This is a fabulous budget hotel. Exactly what I was looking for to escape a few days of 40 degree heat in Toulouse! I was particularly impressed with the awareness of potential noise from other rooms. The TV volume doesn't go up very loud and I was given a room with no neighbours - without having to ask (i know this isn't always possible if they are busy). There is always something to eat or drink there at very good prices breakfast, dinner... . They can't guarantee parking but if you ask they will see if they have a space in their garage. Reception are warm and friendly while remaining professional. Everything very clean. Absolutely superb and I hope to be back soon.

This comfortable hotel is in central Pas de la Casa, by the Grandvalira Ski Resort. It offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. All rooms at the Petit Hotel have a private balcony.

They accommodated my late check in with pleasure and showed me exactly where to park. Gave me the best room available and offered all of the information I could possibly wish for. Breakfast was delightful!

Stunning modern hotel overlooking the ski slopes. The most amazing breakfast ever! The best home made granola and biscuits accompanied by a glass of champagne. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lots of parking and EV charger.

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains.

The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

The description boutique is perfect. Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Well done to everyone who makes this such a rare find.

I last stayed here 17 years ago. I was not disappointed when I came back. Still the same owner who obviously takes great pride in his hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings so a great, undisturbed sleep. Good breakfast. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back again.

Exceptional quality residence, with a great spa and gym. The shuttle to the ski lifts was very convenient, running every 5 minutes. Ski rentals are available at the shop in the hotel; convenient locker rooms. Breakfast was also great!

Everything, staff is very kind and helpful, direct access to slopes, very nice studio with beautiful views , very comfortable beds, linen, towels, very good shower, very good kitchen with dishwasher, etc. excellent WiFi, we would like to go back someday!!!
