I stayed in an executive room and loved the spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and the balcony with a beautiful view. Every staff member was warm and attentive; special thanks to Ali and Erisa at reception, Lume and Xhane for keeping my room immaculate, and the pool team plus the gentleman managing the beach area and sunbeds: always friendly and professional. I also highly recommend the SPA: Anjeza is excellent at what she does. Traveling alone, I felt perfectly looked after while still having my privacy - a great balance. I even extended my stay because I loved the whole experience and I hope to return soon.

Το Palace Hotel & SPA βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα και προσφέρει ιδιωτική παραλία, εξωτερική πισίνα, μπαρ στις εγκαταστάσεις, εστιατόριο και δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Το κέντρο του Δυρραχίου είναι 4χλμ. μακριά. Staff was great, location on the Promenade is excellent. Breakfast has something for everybody, beach itself is very average, but the pool makes up for it. Gym and spa area was very nice and had an upscale feel to it. Alphonse at the pool was excellent...good sense of humor. The young girls at Breakfast, were charming and front desk helped out with general area questions.

We stayed for 12 days at Villa Arberia and it was absolutely amazing experience. Close to the sea, sunbeds included in the price, easy check-in and check-out, very nice and helpful host, and best money per value ratio. For one two weeks stay - perfect. Definitely will come again and will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is excellent, directly on the beach, the beach is great, the sun loungers on the beach are free, the entire hotel, the rooms, the restaurant and the beach are covered with excellent wifi, the breakfast was great, a large selection of products, the staff was very pleasant and the hotel was very clean.

Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was ideally located on the promenade, food was excellent. We had an awesome time hope to visit again soon!

My stay at Aragosta Hotel in Durrës was a very pleasant experience, with several aspects worth highlighting. The hotel is conveniently located near the university where our meetings were held, which made transportation and time management much easier. We received a room upgrade upon arrival, but I must say that both the original and upgraded rooms were excellent—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding, and it was clear that great attention was given to hygiene. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Even a special request we made just a few hours before arrival was honored without any issues, which speaks volumes about their dedication to guest satisfaction. A major convenience was the hotel's private garage, where we parked our car without any hassle. Just like the rest of the hotel, the garage was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, combining comfort, excellent service, and a great location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for business or leisure.
