Each of the spacious apartments is air-conditioned and offers free WiFi access. Everything in the room was according to the description and everything worked, nothing broken or clogged or whatever - this is a rarity nowadays. We found the room clean and perfectly ready on our arrival. Very nice and helpfull staff. Good value for money.

His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna is located opposite the world famous Vienna State Opera, just off the ring road to the gate to the city of Vienna. Most major sights and shopping streets can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. Overall mainly the cleanliness and staff day and night that were always helpful.

The spacious and modern rooms and suites of Hotel Das Tigra are air-conditioned and feature satellite TV, a minibar, safe, and a bathroom. The location is very close from city and the famous shopping street. The quiet area of hotel. The reception were nice and friendly.

The traditional Hotel Sacher is located in the heart of Vienna, opposite the State Opera and right next to the Kärntner Straße. The Karlsplatz transport hib offering connection to all parts of Vienna is just a 2-minute walk away. Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️
