Hotel Post Wrann is a traditional hotel with over 200 years of history right in the centre of Velden, only a few steps from the casino and Lake Wörthersee. Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.

Situated right at the banks of the Wörthersee lake, the family-run Seehotel Vinzenz features its own beach and an à-la-carte restaurant serving fresh fish from the lake. The owners are just wonderfull. Amazing welcome.

We were there only for one night in off season and we had such a lovely stay! Breakfast is so good, the home made yoghurt is fantastic, the fresh smoothie and good coffee! The beds super comfortable, we had a really good sleep Very warm and welcoming hosts. The balcony is nice to enjoy the view of the garden. We liked everything!

Surrounded by a 7,000 m² park with a private shallow beach, the Barry Memle is located right on the shore of Lake Wörth. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to take the lake view as it’s amazing. The location was also great with the town center, store, cafe, train station within walking distance.

Seehotel Hubertushof – Your Boutique Hotel Directly on Lake Wörthersee Under new management since March 2025, Seehotel Hubertushof welcomes you as a stylish boutique hotel with a personal flair and... Location!! A lovely 8-10 minute walk to/from the train station. Wonderfully situated on the lake promenade and also quick access to shops and restaurants. Nice spa and indoor pool. Great breakfast spread. Relaxing courtyard. Private water front lounge chairs. Very comfortable room. Woman at reception desk was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Enjoy the 4-star comfort of Boutiquehotel Wörthersee - Serviced Apartments, situated directly at the lake with its own private beach. The hotel is located on the promenade in the centre of Velden. We had a great stay at the Boutiquehotel. The apartment looks just like the photos and offers everything we needed. The selling point for us was obviously the terrace and being at the private beach right in front of our apartment, the view of the lake and the surrounding hills. I also enjoyed being able to take their SUP and just go for a paddle around the lake. Overall, an amazing stay, 10/10 would come back, Velden is also quite nicer in person than we initially anticipated.
