The barn was excellent as there was a group of us so we ate in and had heaps of room in the barn to socialise. Did a wine tasting at the cellar door just down the road which was included in the price

Nestled in the Barossa Valley, Australia's oldest and best known wine region, this resort offers a heated pool, fitness centre and tennis courts. Eten is echt heel lekker, aanrader! Wel goed opletten bij de bon, het is een heel oud kassa systeem en het gaat nog wel eens fout (maar daar zijn ze heel behulpzaam in!)

We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage that is set right back from the road in a lovely garden. There was a nice place to sit on the front porch where we all enjoyed wine and nibbles in the afternoon and coffee in the morning. The bathroom has a lovely shower. We went to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner which was within walking distance of the cottage, FermentAsia, which we would also recommend
