We had a perfect stay: -Located in the midle of a nice and calm nature but still easily accessible by car with available free parking, location was 20-30 min away from Spa city and Watervallen Coo, so we could travel to both placea easily and quickly. -Lovely and welcoming host lady, -Spotlessly clean, almost new and comfortable room, the bed was soft for us, -Delicious and sufficiently variable breakfast.

The centre of Malmedy is less than 15 minutes away by car. Guests benefit from on-site Vespa scooter rental. Everything’s absolutely excellent! Highly recommend and would stay at the hotel again!

Guests can relax with a drink in the lounge or on the outdoor terrace or, depending on the season, in the garden. The overall welcome was spot on. The patron was knowledgeable and welcoming sharing with us aspects of the house, locality and wider area. The room was just what was needed for us and was well provisioned. The breakfasts were the best with a huge choice of continental breakfast items. The host was attentive and provided the little extras such as towels for the Spa. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful hosts, we are a family of 5 and stayed for 4 nights for the F1 race. Really enjoyed the house, and the town of Spa. Would definitely stay here again.

All plastic food containers are from host his own fridge with broken plastic trays, milk chocopasta and juice bottles are opened and already used. Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!
