Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. We had an amazing travel! Very clean, very comfortable rooms.

Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

Providing garden views, Guest House Ela is located in Bansko and features a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 1 km from Holy Trinity Church. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The place was perfect for my friend and me. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day on the mountain. The owner was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again.

A buffet breakfast, as well as other meals can be enjoyed at a tavern located 500 metres away. A garden and terrace where guest can relax are featured on site. Skiing equipment can be hired on site. I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available and the garden comes with a free hot tub. We absolutely loved the place. It was so cozy, warm, clean, decorated with Christmas ornaments so it felt like a fairytale. Parking is available on the spot, delicious breakfast and a sauna. Hosts are friendly. Situated 600 metres from Holy Trinity Church, Family Hotel Nadejda offers 3-star accommodation in Bansko and has a terrace. 1.6 km from Holy Virgin Church and 15 km from Vihren Peak, the hotel features ski storage space. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bansko Municipality. Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Ida Hotel offers a spa area with a sauna and a massage area. A fitness centre is also on site. Central location, but still quiet at night. Danny, the owner, was so nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
