From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

For those who would like to be taken on a gourmet journey, we can recommend our awarded 1* Michelin Star & 17-point Gault Millau fine dining restaurant Radius - By Stefan Beer, where regional products are prepared in a unique way at the highest level. The hotel was magical and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly. It's also really close to the train station and several shops so the location was perfect.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. Everything was wonderful. It was full board and the food was wonderful with magnificent views.

During the Summer, we are happy to spoil you on our lakeside terrace. A luxurious hotel located near the center of the town of Spiez and overlooking Lake Thun and Spiez Castle. For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.

The family-run, non-smoking Hotel Gloria in Beatenberg, a 10-minute walk from the Niederhorn cable car, offers spacious ROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BALCONIES AND LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. Wi-Fi and parking are available for free. The view from the room was amazing, as it was the friendly support from Bernard and the staff. Breakfast (buffet) is very good and dinner a la carte also highly recommended.

Spacious room, A/C, functional kitchen, super nice terrace with amazing views from the mountain. Short walking distance from downtown, yet very clam neighborhood.
