Very nice host, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast (best scrambled eggs I had in any hotel in a while), good location for cable cars and train station

All rooms in the Gästehaus Schäfli offer views over the Reuss River and the wooded Alpine surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. Breakfast was AMAZING, staff were so nice, and gorgeous. They allowed us to store our luggae while we hiked. The asparagus soup was to die for. 10/10. Cable car discount for staying here too.

This property boasts a real swiss atmosphere, from the cozy rooms to the excellent dining experience, you’re guaranteed to have a memorable experience. The staff in the hotel and restaurant are some of the most hospitable individuals I’ve had the pleasure to meet on my travels in Switzerland and they made sure my stay was both comfortable and stress free. If you have not planned to do so, I can wholeheartedly recommend having lunch in their restaurant - they serve some very tasty dishes from reasonable prices, I can assure you they will have you full and ready to hit the slopes, or the party if you’re like me. I plan to stay again sometime in the future and would be happy recommend to any of my friends.

Hotel & Restaurant zum Schwarzen Bären is located at the entrance to Andermatt. In the winter it is walking distance to the Gemsstock cable car station where the ski bus stops that takes you to the Nätschen Gondola station. Further, it is a 2 min walk to the center of town where you can find all necessary services. It was meticulous. The staff were wonderful - Johan and Daniel. They were so helpful with sightseeing info and very pleasant.

This eco-friendly design hotel in Andermatt is just 500 metres from the Gemsstock Cable Car and the Nätschen Ski Lift. Rooms in this 300-year-old building are individually decorated with traditional wooden furniture and floors.

In fine weather, guests can relax on the sun terrace and rent bicycles. Andermatt Train Station is 600 metres away. Lovely place and clean tidy room. Loved the history of the building. The wine and beer were great and the food was delicious!

Situated in Gurtnellen, 14 km from Devils Bridge, Gasthaus Bergheim features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Source of the Rhine River - Lake Thoma is 21 km away. Traditional Swiss Village and a group of men were practicing the Alpenhorn when we arrived. The Gasthaus Frau was ready for us and so welcoming, the dinner was traditional. We stayed in a separate building nearby. Beautiful Views.
