Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The large balcony was great. The room size was comfortable. The beds were great too. We loved the breakfasts. Everyone on the staff is super friendly.

We wish we would have planned to stay for more than just one night. The room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was a nice bonus. What makes this hotel special are the people. We were well received and enjoyed all of the interactions we had with the staff. We were able to visit the cinema, and encourage others to do the same, as well the museum. Capitan Pastene and Hotel San Giorgio are places to be treasured in Chile.
