He arranged a packed lunch as we were on an early trip to Magdalena Island and stowed our luggage until we got back.

This is very original architecture: as if hidden in the mountain slope or buried in the ground. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was large, well equipped and nicely designed. The hotel has free private parking. The breakfast was just great!!! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. it’s a fabulous property in a great location. The beds, linens and towels are true 5 star hotel quality. shower worked great and the bathroom was clean and modern. the sea facing front of the building was catching the afternoon sun which made our room very cosy. we enjoyed our sundowners at the bar with great views over the sea and mountains. a good quality WiFi was a bonus. the property is newly refurbished, had a fresh , cosy and modern look. the breakfast bar was fantastic with egg station. we loved the place

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
