I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

On my last day I realized there is coffee grown in China, being a big coffee drinker I had to get my hands on it. I went around town looking for it and I wasn’t able to find any. Until I spoke to Jeffery, I asked him if he could help me and man he did. I was able to get around 2 KG of it, he was amazing he searched around and helped me order them. I’m very happy with the facility as well, breakfast was good. Room service pizza is a bit different, super cheesy but so good. I’m very glad I stay here

If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this hotel again! There is a subway station located near the hotel, just a five-minute walk away. If you use Baidu Maps, it will guide you on a longer route to reach the hotel.
