Staff was extremely friendly and solved our double booking on without any additional charges for us.

Located in Narva-Jõesuu, Meresuu Spa & Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar and internet connection. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, comfy rooms with wonderful views, and great spa and sauna rituals. The breakfasts are fairly basic but still have everything you might possibly need. I am very thankful to the hotel staff for taking our preferences into consideration. It was a lovely stay

This modern hotel is located in the centre of Narva, in the immediate vicinity of the train and bus station on one side and Narva Castle and the river on the other side. Second stay at the Narva Hotel and everything was great. Staff is very helpful and the location is great. I will definitely come back here if needed and I recommend this hotel.

The grounds of the hotel are amazing. I would choose it again just for the location and nature. Our room was standard. Nothing really exeptional there. Spa had windows almost every direction so pretty great. Breakfast selection - there was abundance of everything, really tasty and option to have breakfast in the garden (in summer) - amazing ☺️
