This modern hotel is located in the centre of Narva, in the immediate vicinity of the train and bus station on one side and Narva Castle and the river on the other side. Goede locatie in het centrum. Restaurants op 10 min lopen. Ook de grensovergang/brug is 10 min lopen. Een rondje lopen van 40 minuten heb je de brug van alle kanten gezien, echt de moeite waard. Ontbijt goed. Kamer goed. Wel een beetje verouderd, badkamer is wel gerenoveerd. Vriendelijk personeel en spreekt goed engels. In de stad zelf moet alles in het Russisch. Zoals eten bestellen.

The place has had a connection to Oru Castle, but there certainly is a story from Soviet time. If you want an authentic place, with magnificent furniture in a large dining room, heavy curtains, good beds, peace and quiet, home-baked bread and a sumptuous breakfast table, then this is the place. If you want personality, commitment and to feel like a valued guest, this is it. You get it all. Colors, stories and the atmosphere. No indifference, randomness or anonymity. Everything is chosen with care. Also Andrea Bocelli's aria during the breakfast. I know I will happily return again.
