From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

We also enjoyed the wonderful view from the rooftop, interiors are very tasteful, the room was spicy and beds very comfortable!

Set in a magnificent Modernist building from 1881, Hotel Noucentista offers a charming and authentic atmosphere in the very center of Sitges. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much! 1) The manager Daniela was super friendly. She gave us tips for the area, helped us out with questions that we had & responded to us very quickly. In fact, she answered my messages quicker than my girlfriend does. :-D Checkin, checkout and further organisation were therefore effortless. 2) The interior is amazing. We particularly liked the furniture that is also visible on the pictures. We learned that most of it are restored pieces & this gives the rooms their particular charme compared to 'normal' hotels. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable, we slept very well. 3) Last but not least, the area was calm and also we were able to reach the beach in a short amount of time, while still being not far away from the train station. All in all a great experience, we can recommend it!
