The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station.

All rooms feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.
