Lovely quality tea, coffee and biscuits and tops were easily available in the lounge- also beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional - they could not have been more helpful and friendly! Amazing service! The food, decor and service at the Town pub next door was also exceptional.

The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
