Free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk are provided. Front desk staff was exceptionally kind and made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was small but cozy and well designed, with modern touches, and every part of the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with hot options as well as cold ones (everything was so fresh!). The building is right downtown in the Plaka, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, monuments... it was ideal! There's parking directly across the street, which is very handy. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Sweet Home and would definitely return!

The staff were amazing when dealing with difficult customers, I witnessed a situation and the staff took care of the customer professionally, calmly and politely.
