Offering a terrace and views of the sea, The Olive Yard is set in Gytheio in the Peloponnese Region, 50 km from Kalamata. Monemvasía is 44 km from the property. I liked the architecture of the hotel and the location. Being among olive trees was very serene and calming. The design of the rooms was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. I also liked the fact that they were very friendly to animals, not just guests' pets but also stray cats from the area.

And great staff, very friendly and helpful- thanks to Eva’s advice we saved so much time driving to Monemvasia:) We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay on Elafonisi Island!

A Perfect Island Escape We stayed for 2 nights and stay at Voula Resort was exceptional. The owner greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome, offering plenty of helpful information about Elafonisos and the surrounding area. The resort is serene, clean, comfortable, and quiet—an ideal place to relax. The grounds are beautifully kept, full of flowers and friendly cats that add to the charm. The location is perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to the famous Simos Beach. The rooms are spacious enough and very well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Voula Resort offers a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, making it a perfect choice for a memorable stay on this nice island. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return! Highly recommended.
