Five minutes walk to the Nature Reserve (in one direction) and to a good restaurant (with the same amazing view) in the other direction. Lovely staff. Architecturally interesting. Delicious breakfast served with a view like no other! Real personality in every way. If you enjoy staying in a nature paradise, this place just might be for you.

The elegant rooms have wrought iron furniture, cable TV, and views of the gardens and the lake. Some units have a fireplace. The private bathroom provides free toiletries. The location, the friendly staff, the hotel itself (decor, comfort, garden, access to the lake, etc.) Booking sold a standard room with king bed using pictures from the suite (with view on the volcanos). The staff immediately upgraded our room with no additional cost whereas booking didn’t even reply to my customer’s service message!! Really unprofessional compared to the hotel’s manager.

Set in gardens, it features a restaurant, a terrace with lake views and an eco-swimming pool within the lake. The grounds of Jardines del Lago are beautiful. The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.

Amazing eco accommodation in the quiet part of Lake Atitlan - next to the San Juan village. It is 15mins by walking to San Pedro and 5min walking to San Juan. The rooms are sharing big common balcony from where you can quietly watch lake Atitlan, birds and nature around. You can also relax in big garden, which belongs to the hotel. We've booked hiking guide to Indian Nose via the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was also amazing. Just count with longer waiting time (approx. 30mins until you are served and your food is reayy). Maybe more staff would make it quicker. We've stayed for 3 nights and it was one of highlights of our stay in Guatemala.

Friendly & helpful staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was beautiful. The mineral springs were 40C and the music being played was very calming. Instant hot water in the shower. Waking up to hear birds was just wonderful.
