Fabulous friendly front desk and room service staff! A wonderful welcome on checkin for 2 weary travellers and our dog. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcomed anywhere. Absolutely first class service all round. And room service deliveries were very prompt indeed with hot and truly delicious meals.

The house was a perfect choice, surrounded by wonderful nature, with charming balconies, a beautiful garden, and a small playground for kids. Everything was perfectly clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel structure is very nice, it has comfortable rooms freshly renovated. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Very clean. There is a lovely swimming pool.

Great location, close to all city's attractions, and nice river view. Many restaurants and cafes in the hotel and nearby. Very polite, caring and responsive staff. Small, but quite good wellness zone with jacuzzi and saunas, not too crowded.

Lovely old building in old part of town. Great facilities including nice garden and bike repair workshop. I had a puncture on my bike and Philip, one of the staff, went to a lot of trouble to help me fix it. Lots of bars and a few nice restaurants nearby.
