The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

Το Sapodilla Ubud βρίσκεται στο Ουμπούντ, σε απόσταση 800μ. από Δάσος των Πιθήκων του Ουμπούντ και διαθέτει μεγάλη εξωτερική πισίνα που περιβάλλεται από πλούσια βλάστηση. Excellent staff, beautiful people. We felt very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The room on the first floor was great, clean and spacious with lovely balcony with the pool view. We had marvellous 4 days in Ubud thank to Sapodilla team! They are the best. The everyday shuttles to the Ubud centre were very convenient. We had an accident during our stay and needed a doctor. Team coordinated everything smoothly, they called the doctor before we got there and within 5minutes we were already taken care of medical staff.

We had a tour of local places and also adventure packages - ATV, all of which were coordinated with so much ease.loved it.....thank you ulun Ubud.

Location, staff, beautiful villas, everything is so stylish and beautiful….we traveled around indonesia, island hoping and we stayed in 6 diff hotels. This one was my absolutely favorite. It has very nice and calm atmosphere, very zen feel and yet, if u walk out 200 meters, u r in heart of ubud on street with many cool and funky shops. Interior of the villas feels quite posh, but yet very homey, warm, comfy and welcoming. In evenings u can watch netflix, which was very nice change after many other hotels around indonesia. If i will ever come back to bali - i will stay definitely stay here. Im actually gonna miss this place and i will remember it for very long time.
