As for the room, the bed is so comfy. The tasty and colourful breakfast was real magic. It’s an amazing place to be after your trip to Ijen. We spent the day there and I truly already miss it. Maya and all the other employees are fantastic! So sweet and helpful. My favorite place Ive ever been to. EVER!

Have traveled alot, but have never been in place like this. Room amazing, food amazing, people amazing. Would like to give a special thank to Mr. Wawan. True character of this place. Location is very near Rainbow village and other great places of Malang town. Big enough privat parking place. Trully here is everything you’ll need. And do try food in their restaurant as well. You won’t regret. Not to mention breakfast. Michellin stars should be on their doors.

Located in Surabaya in the East Java Region, a 5-minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza, Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya boasts an outdoor pool and spa centre. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk and free WiFi throughout. The front desk personnel were helpful, excellent to deal with and spoke English. I arrived early and used their baggage storage prior to the 2pm check in. I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room located on the top 17th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being so high up also meant that the room was very quiet with no street noise. The enormous Tunjungan Plaza shopping center with a food court and Hero Supermarket is conveniently located across the street and is a 5 minute walk away using the pedestrian bridge located in front of the hotel. Security was excellent with a 24 hour front desk, key card access for both the elevator and room and a safe provided within the room. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos and larger than expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC unit kept the room nice and cool. The room was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. The shower water was strong and had consistent hot water with shampoo, body wash and toiletries provided. The wi-fi was also fast and consistent. Bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, and sugar packets were provided and replenished if used daily during room cleaning. The mini fridge kept the drinking water cool. I did not eat any meals at the hotel. I found my overall experience to be exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Surabaya.
