The staff are friendly and helpful. Elis, the owner, helped us arrange transportation from Luwuk, fast boat tickets, and tours (jellyfish lake and SCUBAfor example). She is a great host. Nice community feel while meeting other guests. The food is awesome!

The staff was very welcome and helpful start from check-in was very smooth and fast, the room was good only needed a bit of refresh in the bathroom area the odor was really bad of smells but when we turned on the AC it got better, also the glass door need to repair had so much noise when we get out and in, the breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful especially the one who stand by at condiment section was nice and helpful. Suggestion: The lift & corridor area was really hot I guess there is no AC there maybe it's under maintenance or I don't know but better have.
