The staff were very helpful and welcoming. In particular, Mr.Nadarajan, who met us and guided us at the airport, and even at departure. Mr Arjun at front desk and Miss KC, who went out of her way to help us with the room change requested. Mr.Diwakar, the bartender who really made us feel welcome. The Machan restaurant staff were also very attentive and helpful at breakfast each day. The food in both Machan and Loya is superb. The spa, though a little expensive, was also an amazing experience.

Felt like home. Food was excellent, we had breakfast & dinner which was to a different level 👌👌 if anybody is craving for authentic Coorg style food, a must resort to visit. Resort looks more beautiful than the pics. We have fallen in love with the place & most importantly the people, will surely visit again & again 💕🥰💕🥰💕

Geweldig hotel! mooi entree met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Mooie wachtruimte met erachter het restaurant. De hotelkamer waren erg ruim en schoon. Met uitzicht op de bergen. Het personeel was erg beleeft en meedenkend. Dat het tegen de stoppershop mall aan zat was AMAZING!! daar kon je je prima vermaken (lees films kijken, heerlijk eten), goedkoop shoppen) En op loopafstand van de mooiste dierentuin. Het zwembad aan de achterzijde was erg prettig en hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt., ik heb nog gebruik gemaakt van de spa faciliteiten met een heerlijke massage. Erg goed en met een prettige omgeving, De prijs was prima in orde voor de behandeling.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good. The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.
