Attentive, polite and super professional staff went above + beyond. Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere! Incredible art and design. Lovely pool area and spa, an oasis in the heart of Mumbai. Luxurious accommodation coupled with 6 dining options can be expected at The Leela Mumbai, just 5 minutes' drive from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and accomodating. The room was very nice, spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The tv had a netflix option whivh my wife appreciated. In-room dining was available and the food was delicious! We loved the paneer makhani. Fresh fruit delivered to the room for breakfast was also included, very nice. The garden is lovely the pool clean and cool, and the gym was clean and had great equipment.

The smart luxury and intuitive service of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand debuted in India with Conrad Pune. The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.
