The breakfast is good with a wide spread of varieties. The attention from Rahul, Arindam, Avash, Karthick and the service staff was exceptional. Everyone of them were super attentive and made our stay both memorable and comfortable. The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.

Located on the legendary Anna Salai (Mount Road), Hyatt Regency Chennai is a welcoming urban retreat designed to foster comfort, connection, and productivity. Friendly staff that were always helpful. The food was really good. The breakfast was amazing. Special mention of Nandu in executive lounge. Lobby/security staff. Restaurant staff, managers and sous chef who took the time to have a chat.
