Hotel Marina ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand en biedt accommodatie in Monterosso al Mare, in nationaal park Cinque Terre. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. Location, facility and staff were friendly, helpful and very hospitable.

Hotel Margherita ligt op 250 meter van het strand in Monterosso al Mare en is een modern hotel met een rustige patio. Het plaatje klopte. Heerlijk buiten kunnen ontbijten en vriendelijk personeel. Goede douche. Jammer genoeg geen koffie of thee faciliteiten..

Albergo Suisse heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op de kustlijn van de Cinque Terre, en biedt op vaste tijden een gratis shuttleservice naar het 1 km verderop gelegen Monterrosso. Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

Marianna Quiet Rooms bevindt zich in Monterosso al Mare, op 3 minuten lopen van Strand van de Oude Stad van Monterosso, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, een gedeelde lounge, gratis WiFi... Fantastic location, amazing town, lovely breakfast at the apartment. Giorgio was so helpful and knowledgable and can't recommend enough!

Marymar ligt in Monterosso al Mare, op 31 km van Castello San Giorgio en 31 km van Technical Naval Museum, en heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The property is very beautiful, well localized (walking distance from train station with large luggages was easy). Odelys received us with a very warm welcome. Many restaurants nearby. Both rooms were equiped with everything needed for a great stay and beach experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

CREUZA DE 5 TERRE is gelegen in Volastra, op 18 km van Castello San Giorgio en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning, gratis WiFi, en toegang tot een terras. Great location that was quiet and reachable with bus transportation from Manarola to Volastra. The hostess met us at the bus stop and walked with us to the apartment. She proceeded to show us everything we needed to know!

Eden Rooms ligt in La Spezia, op 18 minuten lopen van Castello San Giorgio, en biedt een terras, allergievrije kamers, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Open studio. Modern design, nieuw, zeer proper en net, De hoge plafonds en licht interieur geven een ruimtelijke gevoel, de vrijheid om je als thuis te kunnen begeven naar bovenverdieping Behalve ijskast ook vriesvak aanwezig in de keuken. Ook aandacht voor mooie en sfeervolle verlichting. Ligging perfect voor trein naar Cinque Terre. Goede instructies en souplesse ondanks late incheck. Een extra pluspunt en dikke dankjewel voor de na-service!! Ik vergat mijn gouden oorbellen van mijn moeder zaliger. Voor mij een emotionele waarde dus...Op eenvoudig verzoek werden ze naar mij thuis gestuurd met een prior-zending zodat ik ze binnen de week reeds terug had!!! Ongelooflijk dikke merci! Vlotte communicatie via whatsapp.Absoluut een aanrader!

Santa Marta Rooms ligt in de oude binnenstad van Vernazza, op 150 meter afstand van de kust en in het nationaal park Cinque Terre, van de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO. WiFi is gratis in het hele... Ideale ligging om Cinque Terre te verkennen. Leuke details zoals stopcontacten langs beide zijden van elk bed. Handig om je smartphone/smartwatch op te laden. Het contact met de hosts was voortreffelijk.
